We never ask for payment to a personal account, and we never charge a fee for a job. If someone using our name does either, it is not us — please tell us.

Three things worth checking

Check the address

Compare the web address letter by letter against the list above. A single changed character is the usual trick.

Check where the money goes

Payment always goes to the company account named on the invoice, never to a personal account.

If anything looks off, call or message the numbers on this page before you pay.

Someone is using your name to collect money. What do I do?+

Do not pay. Send us the page, number or message you received through the contact page, and keep a screenshot. We take it up and warn other customers.

I was offered a job at your company and asked for a fee.+

We never charge anyone a fee for a job, at any stage. Any such demand is not from us. Every genuine opening we have is listed on our careers page.

How do I confirm an invoice is genuine?+

A genuine invoice from us carries our registered company name and our GST number. If either is missing or different, contact us before paying.
